• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We accept UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets.
• An order is confirmed only after successful payment and you receive a confirmation email.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or pricing errors.

4. Shipping & Delivery

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns and replacements are only valid for products that arrive damaged or broken, supported by a clear unboxing video. Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pathanamthitta, Kerala.
