We stand behind every product we sell. If your product arrives damaged or broken, we'll make it right β€” quickly and hassle-free.

Unboxing Video is Mandatory

Returns and replacements are ONLY accepted if you have a clear, uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be processed. No exceptions.

Eligibility

When can you claim a return or replacement?

βœ… Returns & replacements are ONLY valid for products that arrive physically broken or damaged at the time of delivery. This must be clearly visible in your unboxing video.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or compatibility issues. Our products are tested before dispatch and are sold in full working condition.

NOT eligible for return or replacement:

βœ• Product working fine but customer changed mind
βœ• Minor scratches or cosmetic marks that don't affect function
βœ• Damage caused by customer after delivery
βœ• Missing accessories not marked as included
βœ• Claims made after 3 days of delivery
βœ• No unboxing video provided

Proof Requirement

πŸ“Ή Unboxing Video β€” Mandatory

The unboxing video is your only proof of damage at delivery. Without it, we cannot process any claim. Please follow these guidelines:

Your Unboxing Video Must Show

The sealed package BEFORE opening β€” clearly showing it has not been tampered with
Your full unboxing from start to finish in one continuous, uncut recording
The product being removed from the box, clearly showing all sides
The damage or broken part clearly visible and close-up
Your order ID / delivery slip visible in the same video
Video must be recorded on the day of delivery β€” no delays accepted

Videos must be in MP4/MOV format and under 500MB. You can upload via WhatsApp, Google Drive link, or email to support@wevytelectronics.com

Return Window

3-Day Return Policy

All return and replacement requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery. Requests beyond 3 days will not be accepted regardless of the reason.

How to Claim

Step-by-step process

Record your unboxing video on delivery day

Film the entire unboxing process without stopping the recording. Show the sealed package first, then open it completely.

Contact us within 3 days

Email support@wevytelectronics.com or WhatsApp us with your Order ID and describe the damage.

Submit your unboxing video

Share the unboxing video via Google Drive link or upload directly. Ensure the video is clear and uncut.

We review your claim (1–2 working days)

Our team will review the video and verify the damage. You'll be notified by email about the decision.

Replacement dispatched

Once approved, a replacement unit will be shipped within 2–3 working days. You'll receive a tracking link.

Warranty

1-Year Manufacturer Warranty

The Wevyt BlazeBeam comes with a 1-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This is separate from the return/replacement policy.

Warranty does not cover: physical damage, water damage, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear.
